Refund Policy

Becker Professional Education – ATC International Refund Policy

Online Learning

Candidate may be eligible for a full refund of the original fee if materials are not accessed within ten days from the date of purchase. If part or all of the available downloadable materials have been accessed, no refund will be issued.

ACCA and DipIFR Learning Materials

eBooks:
Candidate may be eligible for a full refund of the original fee if materials are not accessed within ten days from the date of purchase. If part or all of the available downloadable materials have been accessed, no refund will be issued.
Printed Materials:
Candidate may be eligible for a full refund of the original fee if materials are returned within ten days from the date of receipt. Materials must be unopened and in resalable condition. Postage and delivery charges are non-refundable. Refunds are contingent on the return of all materials.

Revision Essentials (ACCA Only)

The Revision Essentials when purchased as a single product is non-refundable.

Classroom Instructor-Led Courses

Course fees should be paid no later than 7 days before the commencement of the classroom courses otherwise the enrolment will be cancelled.
Fees are fully refundable for cancellations made up to five working days before the scheduled start date of the course. For cancellations or refund requests made less than 5 working days prior to the start date, no refund will be issued. To qualify for a refund, all issued course materials must be returned in resalable condition. Postage and delivery charges are non-refundable.
